User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to upload any files containing malware, illegal content, or information belonging to third parties without consent.

Payments and Subscriptions

• Free tier users receive one evaluation per month.
• Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or per semester) depending on the plan you select.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

AI Limitations Disclaimer

Our evaluations are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for high accuracy using patterns from the Saudi employment market, Seratk provides guidance, not guaranteed job placement. The feedback should be treated as professional advice, and you are solely responsible for the final content of your resume.

Account Termination

Seratk reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the service, us, or third parties.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Seratk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or employment opportunities resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
